Oil: Turkmenistan plans to develop resources with Russia

Commenting on plans for further cooperation in oil/gas supplies, Turkmen President Saparmurat Niyazov, said that, "Turkmenistan intends to produce energy resources jointly with Russia and enter world markets."

He made the statement after the signing of an additional agreement with Gazprom on supplies of 30 billion cubic meters of gas in 2006.
