Defense: Algeria and Russia in $3 billion arms deal

After three years of discussions Algeria and Russia are expected to soon sign a $3 billion arms deal. The only details I have at present is that under the arrangement, Russia will sell Algeria, 70 Mig-29 Fulcrum planes at the cost of $1.5 billion

Last year the Algerian army received last year at least 18 Russian made Sukhoi 30MK bombers and 22 SU-24 tactical bombers.
