Energy: Iraq needs $20 billion to solve electricity crisis

Iraq's electricity minister Mohsen Shlash, has said that his country need $20 billion over a five-year period to solve the country's severe electricity crisis.

Production is now 14% lower than it was under Saddam Hussein.
