Why don't they make duvet covers with zips down the side, instead of buttons down the bottom!I like to change my duvet cover regularly, but each time I feel as though I am going 15 rounds with Muhammad Ali. It would be much easier, if you could lay the duvet cover down flat, place the flat quilt on one side, then close the whole thing up.
I keep telling myself, its not my fault. I am senior management, not a hired help, mother or wife etc. I am not cut out for those sort of duties. Its like cooking. I can open a packet of fish fingers and bung them under a grill, but that's about it.
Its a funny thing about cooking. With previous girlfriends I always told them I would get my mother to show them how to cook my food the way I like it. I even bought one lady a frying pan for her birthday to give her motivation. I also advised her to ask my mother how I like my socks to be ironed, and the sleeves of my shirt pressed. Somehow they all seemed to be afraid of commitment because I never saw them again. Maybe they couldn't handle a sensitive, new age guy.
