Call me pedantic but I have no desire to provide confidential financial information on a form that does not actually request such information. "No problem" I am informed, just cross out the questions and put in your financial details instead.
The phrase "cat in hells chance" spring to mind.
I did suggest it would be rather more professional and ethical, just to send me the form that actually does request my financial information. It would be simple except for the fact - they don't have such a form.
Why not? I ask myself - it's easier than asking them and I get an actual answer rather than spin.
Addressing my concerns regarding confidentiality, they assured me that they were bound by very strict guidelines. I am sure they are - but that hasn't stopped the pillocks twice sending me information - to the wrong address.
Normal service will be resumed tomorrow!
Wherever you may be - be safe!
