Human Resources: Czech companies faced with baby boom

The Prague Post, carries an article on how the current baby boom in the Czech Republic, is affecting the workplace.

"Women are waiting longer to have children in the post-communist era. The average age of a first-time mother was 22.3 in 1984; in 2003, it was 25.9. That trend is continuing, most dramatically in cities. Unlike decades ago, women often take maternity leave in the middle of their careers, which causes challenges on the job market both for them and their employers."
