International Relations: Pakistan and Uzbekistan, to enhance cooperation

Pakistan is considering an offer by Uzbekistan to sell or lease to Pakistan, IL-76 and IL-114 jets for civil aviation.

Agreements have also been reached to develop cooperation in a wide range of fields including trade, economy, science & technology, telecommunications, hydropower projects, agriculture and tourism. Basically, you name it and the two have agreed to it.

Consideration has also been given to Pakistan buying cotton from Uzbekistan, on a regular basis.
