Russia intends to establish a state-owned company to control over key elements of the country's metallurgy industry. According to Rosoboronexport, which is Russia's sole state intermediary agency for military exports/imports, the holding company would buy stakes in metal companies, which supply to the military, aeronautical and aerospace industries.Rosoboronexport's, partner in the venture is Aviatekhnologuia.
