State-owned Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd, and Saudi Arabia's FAS Saudi Holding, are to sign an MoU to establish a joint venture in Saudi Arabia. The project will explore upstream oil and natural gas potential.A spokesperson for GSPC, said the venture would allow the two companies to come together to bid jointly for oil and gas fields in Saudi Arabia as well as other parts of the world.
