Telecommunications: Update on Bangladesh free phone calls scheme

This an update on an article I posted a few days ago Telecommunications: Parents in Bangladesh claim free phone calls encourage child romances.

It seems the protests have worked. The Government has told phone companies to stop the scheme arguing that they corrupt its youth by making them speak vulgarly, affecting studies and promoting chit-chat between boyfriends and girlfriends.
