French Minister of External Trade Christine Lagard, has said that French investments in Egypt amount to approximately 2 billion euros.Speaking at a meeting with the French-Egyptian Business Council, she added that although currently the situation favours France, the purchase of Egyptian gas by Gaz de France, would put both countries on an equal footing.
