Trade: Iran offers help to Pakistan's rice exporters

Iran has told Pakistan, that they will do what they can to reduce duty on rice exports from Pakistan.

The Iranian consul-general met with the Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) in Lahore, where he told members that rice was popular in Iran and he would do his best to reduce duty on rice exports. He also promised to facilitate Pakistani exporters by granting six months visas to rice exporters so they can market their rice in Iran.
