Quelling rumours that a recent High Court injunction has derailed Kenya's rail privatisation plans, the government has signed a contract with Riff Railways.allAfrica.com, reports that, "Rift Valley Railways managing director Roy Puffet and Transport minister Chirau Ali Mwakwere sealed the deal at a brief ceremony at the ministry's headquarters in Nairobi."
