Construction: American developer plans 151 floor tower in Seoul

CNNMoney.com reports that Atlanta-based real estate developer Portman Holdings, is planning to build one of the world's tallest buildings near Seoul, South Korea.

The company has said it has signed an agreement with South Korean officials to build a 151-floor, 2,000-foot tower. The $11 billion residential, office and hotel complex would be about 20 miles from Seoul.
