According to a survey by salary consulting firm Salary.com, 65% of American workers have recently considered looking for another job. The report in which 14,000 workers and nearly 400 HR managers were surveyed, also revealed that employers are not up to date with the "changing mindset" of employees.I would like to conduct a survey to find out how much time employers and employees spend responding to surveys conducted by management and recruitment consultants.
