Chile's new president, Michelle Bachelet, has named a Cabinet of 10 male and 10 female ministers.I was never very good at maths, (we say "maths" not "math") but by my reckoning, that looks pretty darn equal. So why does UPI, carry the headline, "Chile's new government heavily female"?
