Property: Indian nationals become key investors in Singapore property market

Indian nationals are rapidly becoming one of the major overseas investors of private properties in Singapore . Indian nationals now rank as the fourth largest overseas investor behind Indonesians, Malaysians, and British. News Channel, reports that the number of Indian investors rose to over 100 in 2005 from 28 the previous year.

Analysts believe that new policies allowing Indians to take their money out to invest in other foreign markets, are prompting Indian investors to invest in relatively undervalued prime locations in Singapore.
