A special envoy of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono for Middle East Affairs, Alwi Shihab, has said that during his visit to Libya, Oman and Lebanon, he would discuss bilateral relations including a planned visit to Indonesia by Libyan President Moamar Khadafi."The Libyan president is ready to come to Indonesia and I have been asked to orally extend the arrangement of time," Alwi said.
