Vietnam's Ministry of Industry, has announced that the state-owned Lilama Corp. will build a massive thermal power plant that would double the overall generation capacity of the Vietnam's coal-fired plants.According to a ministry official, Lilama will start building the 1,200-megawatt plant, later this year. The plant, is in the Vung Ang area, Ha Tinh province, and is expected to be operational by 2010
