Planet Ark, reports that DaimlerChrysler AG'S Chrysler unit, has announced the launch its first hybrid vehicle in 2008.Frank Klegon, the unit's chief of product development, told Reuters, "The hybrid Dodge Durango will be the beginning of a line-up of hybrid vehicles at Chrysler".
He was speaking to Reuters in an exclusive interview at the New York International Auto Show.
