Bilateral Relations: China and Sudan to forge closer military ties

Chinese Defense Minister Cao Gangchuan, has said the Chinese armed forces are ready to promote cooperation with the Sudanese army.

Meeting with visiting Sudanese Defense Minister Abdel Rahim Mohamed Hussein, he said China appreciates the Sudanese government's consistent adherence to one-China policy and its support to China in international affairs, including the human rights.

He added that Chinese armed forces attach importance to developing relations with the Sudanese armed forces, and are ready to deepen the cooperation between the two sides in various fields and enhance exchanges and cooperation.
