New Nation, reports that the Maldives is keen to import manpower as well as pharmaceuticals and other products from Bangladesh.Following bilateral trade talks, Maldives Minister of Economic Development and Trade Mohamed Jaleel said, "We would like to invite the private sector of Bangladesh to Maldives to assess the business potential".
Bangladesh export goods worth US$ 0.48 million annually to the Maldives against imports worth US$ 0.49 million.
