Japan's Finance Minister Sadakazu Tanigaki, has said that Japan has yet to beat deflation.Following a meeting of Asian and European finance ministers, he told reporters, "We now have solved the bad loan problem and company earnings are improving, as is consumer demand, but we haven't completely conquered deflation".
