The Press Trust of India, reports that Russia has put 1,152 organizations of 51 countries on its non-proliferation watch list for export of dual-purpose items and technologies requiring additional checks and mandatory licensing.PTI reports, Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Sergei Ivanov told a televised Kremlin meeting, "This is not a black list, but a list of organizations dealing with which require special care and mandatory licenses".
A list of the countries and their entities on the list was not immediately available.
