Associated Press, reports that a Malaysian opposition Islamist lawmaker drew heavy criticism from his own party and government lawmakers after he called divorced women prostitutes and lustful.Abdul Fatah Harun, a Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party member, said most divorced women were not "sad and quiet"' like widows, but were "easily spotted"' at parties displaying "gatal" behavior.
"Gatal" is a Malay-language word meaning "lewd" or "lustful" and is usually used in a derogatory manner.
Just to ensure his place in the MCP Hall Of Fame, he also said most divorced women were prostitutes and should be given religious lessons.
What I would like to know is, how many, and what sort of parties, this Islamic Part member goes to!
