Women's Issues: Nepal scraps controversial divorce law

The Supreme Court in Nepal, has ruled to scrap a 43 year old law that allowed men to seek a divorce if their partner was infertile.

Activists said the court verdict was a milestone towards scrapping laws that were discriminatory towards women.
