Associated Press, reports that Dubai International Capital, has announced it had completed its acquisition of a company that operates several U.S. manufacturing plants that make parts for U.S. military vehicles and aircraft.DIC's $1.3 billion deal to acquire Doncasters Group Ltd underwent two months of scrutiny by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. The deal was approved last week by the Whitehouse.
