Tickbox.net surveyed 2,700 European office workers from Britain, France and Germany, and found that workplace dissatisfaction increased significantly with the age of computer equipment.
The survey said workers dealing with outdated equipment were 35 per cent more likely to take six or more sick leave days a year compared with the average worker.
This of course could never happen in Australia, where it would be considered Un-Australian to have Australian office workers, forced to use outdated PCs to check their personal email, do their online banking and surf the web. Hell's Bells, they may even start doing that in their own time!
