Industrial Relations: Bogota's residents face second day of transport strike

Colombia's capital Bogota faces its second day of a transport strike, forcing millions of resident to find alternative ways of getting to work.

The BBC reports the strike is over the restructuring of routes and an environmental measure which restricts certain vehicles from circulating in rush hour.

The mayor says he will not give in to blackmail and is threatening to fine or remove the licences of striking firms.
