Greek shipping companies are planning to introduce superfast ferry services between Qatar and countries such as India, Pakistan and Iran. The ferry services will also carry trucks and cars aside from passengers, according to Deputy Finance Minister of Greece, Peter Doucos.Doucos, along with the Greek Minister for Development, Demetri Sioufas, are leading a high-level delegation of Greek businessmen to Qatar.
