A South Korean newspaper has reported that a special North Korean train has passed through the border with Russia, sparking speculation here that the country's leader is on a rare trip abroad.Chosun Ilbo, the largest daily newspaper in Seoul, quoted unidentified sources as saying villagers in border towns claimed to have seen the VIP train crossing the border into Russia. However, it did not say when the train was supposed to have passed through the border.
