New Zealand's Foreign Minister Winston Peters, has met with a delegate from the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in what were described as major talks following the cut in diplomatic ties over the 2004 Mossad spies affair.It's reported the two sides also discussed the outlook for peace in the Middle East, with Mr Peters acknowledging the difficult challenges facing Israel.
