The Kremlin press service reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin, has spoken by phone with his Czech counterpart Vaclav Klaus. The telephone conversation was initiated by Russia.The talk focused on the crucial issues of bilateral relations, which received an additional impetus for further development after the Russian-Czech summit in Prague in March 2006.
