International Enterprise Singapore has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau (BIPB) to promote the export of Singapore services to the Chinese capital.The MOU, which was signed in Beijing, covers the environmental services sector and the export of other services such as health care, info-comm technology, finance, transport and logistics.
