Security: Newspaper claims Syrian terror attack, was the work of foreign powers

The Daily Star (Lebanon) reports that according to the official government daily newspaper Tishrin, a foiled "terror" attack in central Damascus was the work of foreign powers attempting to plant terrorism in Syria.
