Kazinform reports that China and Kyrgyzstan are to enter into discussions in the near future over the technical details and financing of a project to lay a railway that will also connect the two countries with Uzbekistan.The daily Renmin Ribao says this intention is part of the joint declaration signed on Friday at the end of negotiations between China's President Hu Jintao and Kyrgyzstan's President Kurmanbek Bakiyev.
