Lao Deputy Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith, is to make an official trip to Vietnam from July 17-19 to strengthen the ties between the two countries.The visit of Thongloun Sisoulith, who is also minister of foreign affairs, "aims at reinforcing close bonds between leaders of the two countries, and enhancing their traditional friendship, special solidarity, and cooperative relations," said a Vietnamese foreign ministry spokesman said.
