Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Toshihiro Nikai, has told a press conference that Japan is to send a mission to Libya to strengthen bilateral ties in energy and other areas.On Thursday, Nikai met with Shokri Ghanem, head of Libya's National Oil Corp., and agreed to strengthen relations between the two nations in a wide range of fields, including energy.
