Spain's Preneal is planning to build a EUR 50 M wind farm in northeast Bulgaria, according to media reports. The project will be built near the village of Odartsi, in the region of Dobritch.Preneal is a company owned by independent shareholders, incorporated in 1996, whose main purpose is the development, construction and operation of wind farms in Spain. They are now looking to expand to Central and Eastern Europe.
