Human Resources: Bulgarian city to crackdown on child labor

The Bulgarian city of Gabrovo is to have a crackdown on child labor.

Hotels, cafes, and other service industry venues will be visited by inspectors looking for illegally employed children.

The Sofia News Agency reports, "Youngsters over the age of 16 can work only if they have been allowed to do so by the Labor Inspectorate. So far more than 80 kids have received such permission in the region."

Is it me or is there something wrong with the above statement?
