Reuters reports that the president of Petrobras has said that Brazil's Petrobras is in talks with Gazprom over joint ventures including a gas pipeline from Venezuela to Brazil, Argentina and Chile.A joint venture with Petrobras would be the Russian gas giant's first in Latin America.
