Zhang Xiqin, deputy director of the China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) has said that over the next three to five years, China will establish a better and more comprehensive legal system to ensure honesty and reliability in the tourism industry.Looking towards the 2008 Olympics, he added, "the government continues to revise regulations and urges more provinces to pass laws regulating tourism".
