About yesterday!

Regular readers may have noticed that yesterday's blog was left rather up in the air!

All was going well - in fact I was having a really good morning - then wham. I suddenly became violently ill and could not stop vomiting for over two hours. That was combined with the most bizarre type of diarrhoea I have ever experienced.

It's still going on today, but hopefully the blog will be back tomorrow!
