Inter-Korean trade surpassed $600 million for the first seven months of this year, up 15 percent from last year.
According to the government, the South-North trade amounted to $668 million in the January-July period this year, which was 14.7 percent up from the same period last year.
Exports went down 2.2 percent to $447 million, while imports soared 56.8 percent to $263 million.
