Michael John O'Keefe, deputy non-immigrant visa chief at the US Consulate in Toronto, has been indicted on bribery and conspiracy charges.It is alleged that he accepted free flights with exotic dancers to Las Vegas, expensive meals, hotel rooms in New York and other bribes from an Indian national - Sunil Agrawal, chief executive of New York-based STS Jewels - to speed up the visa process for the company.
Sunil Agrawal, also was charged.
