Firearms: Smith and Wesson to license its brand

Law Enforcement Associates Corp. of North Carolina has licensed the Smith and Wesson brand to market an explosives detection kit. LEA will use Smith and Wesson, to sell a line of explosives detection kits, the North Carolina company said Thursday.

Financial terms between LEA and the 154-year-old Massachusetts pistol manufacturer were not disclosed.
