Goodnight from Sydney

Tonight's photo: End of the afternoon

Running a business and a blog, I don't get too much chance to get out and about to take photographs. Let's face it, there are only so many photos of my local shopping plaza I can take before the novelty wears off. I swear blind there are people in Nebraska or Hong Kong, who know my suburb better than some locals!

So I thought of a work-around idea.

A few months back a reader emailed me and told me how much he enjoyed being able to see building styles in other countries. So, for the next week or so, this last post of the day will feature photographs of houses and apartment in and around my street.

They wont be artistic photographs, just ordinary photos of everyday sights in my immediate vicinity. Tonight's photo was taken around 5pm.

This young lad is about learn an important lesson. If you are going to show off in front of a bunch of schoolgirls - don't fall off your skateboard!

Yes I know - the photogaph is shocking but at least I can't hear people laughing - which is more than than can be said for the young lad!

On a personal note, I would like to wish Jenny a very happy birthday! Jenny is not only a daily reader, she has been a very good friend for many years - and I hope for many more to come.

Yes, we can drive each other mad at times:) but that is a small price to pay for loyalty, concern and friendship.

Happy Birthday kiddo!

Wherever you may be - be safe!
