Uganda's State minister for northern Uganda reconstruction, David Wakikona, has come out in support of the plan by the Uganda People's Defence Force to stop escorting aid agencies in northern Uganda.He told journalists there is no need for escorting aid agencies since the signing of cessation of hostilities between government and Lord's Resistance Army (LRA).
