Singapore has launched a guide on Best Practices on Infocomm Technology (IT) Implementation for local companies.Vivian Balakrishnan, Second Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts said: "This guide aims to provide step-by-step directions, as well as tips on how companies including SMEs (small and medium- sized enterprises) can adopt, leverage on and derive the maximum benefits from infocomm."
The guide is jointly developed by the Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board of Singapore and the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation.
