Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, has recalled Venezuela's ambassador to Israel. In a televised speech he said, "We have ordered the withdrawal of our ambassador in Israel," and referred to Israeli attacks in Lebanon as "genocide."He added, "It really causes indignation to see how the state of Israel continues bombing, killing ... with all of the power they have, with the support of the United States."
Until recently Chavez had boasted of having good relations with Israel but I guess things are about to change.
